From family which is the smallest social unity and organization to city and state, from city and state to global existence, in each stage and social condition the position of the individual in the whole which it belongs is important. Especially recently, with the rapid globalization the relationships, break downs, obligations, separations and the division of labor between society and individual has become the focus of interdisciplinary scientific curiosity. The entire philosophical and social scientific doctrines that emerged in 19th century and the twentieth century ideas were particularly dedicated to understand the relations between society and the individual. The central issue of liberal economic and legal models which have had a great impact all over the world after the World War II is the relations between society and the individual.
